DDR3 Memory

Computers change quickly, and memory is no exception - and the next step in the progression of memory is the DDR3 chip, aka DDR3 SDRAM. DDR3 is able to transfer at twice the data rate of DDR2 which provides quite a speed boost to computers equipped with it. If you are looking to build a new gaming rig, video editor, or just the fastest computer on the block, you're going to need at least 4 gigs of DDR3 memory.
